BOD Engineering’s Shipping Policy


Shipment Processing Times:

All orders are processed within 1-2 Business Day(s)

Shipments do not occur on weekends or holidays. During some sales events and holidays the processing time can take up to 3-5 business days. You can expect some shipping delays during holidays and the month of December.

We are not responsible for carrier delays or delays in delivery due to holidays or uncontrollable events such as weather events and natural disasters.

Please note that orders placed after 11:45am EDT will only be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 11:45am EDT on Fridays will only be processed after the weekend. Please allow for 1-2 additional business days during holidays, unless noted otherwise.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

**Please note that delivery estimates do not include processing time. 

  • Standard shipping within the USA generally takes 3-5 business days. 
  • Standard shipping from the USA to Canada generally takes 7-14 business days. 
  • Expedited shipping within the USA generally takes 2-4 business days. 
  • Expedited shipping from the USA to Canada generally takes 3-5 business days. 
  • 2-Day Express shipping within the USA generally takes 1 business day for processing and 2 business days travel. (Does Not Ship To PR, VI, Military Addresses Or PO Boxes). If an order is received before 11:45 EDT, the order will be fulfilled the same day and delivered within 2 business days. If an order is received after 11:45 EDT, the order will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.
  • Standard shipping from USA to Australia generally takes 11-25 business days. 
  • Expedited shipping from USA to Australia generally takes 2-6 business days. 

 **Please note orders are shipped from the warehouse closest to you. Some shipments may come from Canada depending on the availability of stock at each warehouse location. Some shipments might have to be split up in to two shipments depending on availability of product at each warehouse. Tracking will be provided for every shipment. 

 **Shipping to Canada: We are slowly adding inventory to our Canadian location. Due to the system we are using, standard and expedited shipping are calculated by assuming the product is shipped from USA to Canada. If you are a Canadian customer that orders product that IS in stock at our Canadian location, you MAY be eligible for a refund on the overcharged amount for shipping.

Please contact us and we can take a look at the shipping zones and give a rough estimate of what shipping will cost. Otherwise, once the order has been processed and the shipping from location and shipping cost are confirmed, we will notify you and refund you for any overcharged shipping costs accordingly.

 

Addresses:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Incorrect address or information may result in processing and shipping delays. We are not responsible for the delivery of a package to an incorrect address that was provided in the order.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking:

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email you can sign in and view your order where the tracking information can also be found.

 

Signature:

A signature will be required on high value orders.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

BOD Engineering is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipments are marked with the value of your purchase price. International customers are responsible for any tariffs or customs fees that may be associated with their shipment. Please check your country's laws and regulations before your purchase.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

BOD Engineering is not liable for any products lost during shipping that are marked as "Delivered" or that have had a final scan. 

If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging material and damaged goods before contacting us. BOD Engineering can file a damaged in transit claim on your behalf  as soon as we are notified of any damages. We will require screenshots of communication from you stating the package arrived damaged and photos that depict all damages. Please note, we only have 30 days from the delivery date to submit a claim. 

If your package is presumed lost, BOD Engineering can only file a claim on your behalf after 15 days from the ship date for domestic orders and after 20 days for international orders. Please note, we only have 30 days from the last tracking update to submit a claim. 

 

International Shipping Policy

Outside of the US we only offer Shipping to Australia, Mexico and Canada. If shipping is not offered to your location, please contact us and we can try and accommodate you.

Shipments are marked with the value of your purchase price. International customers are responsible for any tariffs or customs fees that may be associated with their shipment. Please check your country's laws and regulations before your purchase.
